Drop Trac is suitable for door blade thicknesses of 80 to
120 mm. For other door blade thicknesses please consult us.
For door weights up to 200 Kg the product is offered with
two trolleys fixed together by a tie bar – see the Trolley
on the Drop Trac System page. For door weights in excess of
200 Kg up to 400 Kg the product is offered with a single
full length trolley. The finished installed products look
externally identical and are installed in exactly the same
way by simply replacing the single full length trolley for
the twin trolley and tie bar.

page 9 in the Installation Instructions for both systems.
The Drop Trac wall guide hook, wall guide
rail, hood and floor guide rail are manufactured
from anodised aluminium. The wheel trolleys, tie bars and
brackets are made from mill finish aluminium. The wheels are
made from Polyethylene with stainless steel sealed bearings
and stand off bushes. Screws are made from zinc plated
steel. Gasket rails are made from PVC and gaskets from EPDM.
The other items are made from the materials shown on the
spares part listings on page 9 of the Installation
Instructions.
Drop Trac is suitable for washing down but care must be
taken to ensure that any solvents used do not adversely
react with the materials used in Drop Tracs manufacture.
If this track is used with the Drop Trac Automatic Closer,
water or other liquids must not come into contact with the
Automatic Closer mechanism or the cable that attaches to the
wheel trolley. Therefore, do not hose down this track if the
Automatic Closer is used
